In fact, air conditioning may be a major problem as it dries up the sinus and the throat passages which emphasises the snoring which can be very easily alleviated.

Allergies.

A lot of people today are also experiencing allergies and a lot of these allergies can lead to serious problems especially to the sinus. So look at the probability of allergy triggers that might be in the bedroom like pet hair, or even some pillows.
